1. Introduction

CartaPuce is an iOS application developed by Devside SRL (Belgium). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and protect your personal data when you use the CartaPuce application.

2. Data We Collect

CartaPuce only collects data necessary for the app to function:

• Loyalty card data: the store name, card number, barcode type and custom colors you enter.
• Location data: with your explicit permission, CartaPuce may access your location to let you associate a regular store with a card. This data is never sent to our servers.
• Device identifier: used only for iCloud synchronisation between your personal Apple devices.

3. Storage and Synchronisation

All your data (cards, preferences) is stored locally on your device and in your personal iCloud account via Apple's SwiftData and CloudKit technologies. Devside SRL has no access to this data and does not store it on its servers.

4. Data We Do Not Collect

CartaPuce does not collect or transmit:

• Your name, email address or any other personally identifiable information
• Analytics or usage behaviour data
• Advertising or profiling data
• Your contacts, photos or any other data outside the app

5. Data Sharing

Devside SRL does not sell, rent or share any user data with third parties. No personal data is transmitted to business or advertising partners.

6. Security

Access to the app can be protected by Face ID, Touch ID or a PIN code according to your preferences. Your data is encrypted by Apple's native security mechanisms (Secure Enclave, iCloud Keychain).

7. Data Retention

Your data is retained for as long as you use the app. You can delete all your data at any time from the app settings or by deleting the app from your device.

8. Your Rights (GDPR)

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the following rights:

• Right of access to your personal data
• Right to rectification
• Right to erasure (right to be forgotten)
• Right to data portability
• Right to object to processing

Since we do not process your data on our servers, most of these rights are exercised directly via the app settings or Apple's iCloud settings.

9. Changes

We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy. Any material changes will be notified via an app update. Your continued use of CartaPuce after a change constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
